Shipping of your order will depend on the availability of your item at the time of the order. We typically are able to get your order shipped within 1 week of delivery.
If we have your item in another color, we will contact you to give you that option which may speed up the delivery of your order.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:
Refunds are available for defective items and will be issued once the item has been returned to us. Please contact us at kim@southernsweetiestore.com for any questions regarding the return of defective product.
Generally, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled after 24 hours.

HOW ARE YOUR ORDERS SHIPPED?
Typically orders are shipped UPSP Priorty Mail.
WHAT BRAND OF T-SHIRT DO YOU USE?
We typically use Gildan & Anvil brand 100% 6.1 oz cotton t-shirts. However, based on color and size availability, we may substitute with 5.5 oz or other brans such as Jerzee, Hanes, Port Authority or any other 1st quality supplier.
CAN I SUBMIT DESIGN IDEAS?
Yes, you can submit design ideas directl to Kim at kim@southernsweetiestore.com. If you are design is choosen to be included in our lineup, you will receive 12 FREE t-shirts to share with your friends.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Typically, we are able to ship your order within 1 week after receiving your order and payment. However, if your item is not in stock, it may take a bit longer.
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?
We are located in Columbus, MS.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MC, Amex and Paypal. We will also accept checks but your order will not ship until your check has been received and has been cleared by your bank.
DO YOU WHOLESALE YOUR SHIRTS?
Yes, we have a large dealer network that we supply to. If you are interested in carrying our shirts as a dealer OR want to sell our shirts as a fundraiser, please contact Kim at kim@southernsweetiestore.com for the details and availability of your area.

Please contact Kim at kim@southernsweetiestore.com for a dealer near you. Our shirts are also at the Tupelo Flea Market every month inside building #1 right after you pay and enter the building.
