Wholesale Information
Wholesale pricing is available to anybody who meets any or the following qualifications:
- Owns a storefront or mall kiosk
- Owns an e-bay or webstore on which they want to sell our shirts.
- Sells at flea markets and / or festivals
- There is not another Southern Sweeties dealer within 10 miles of their location.
We allow our dealers to pick their sizes and colors so each order is "made-to-order".
Depending on availability, we sometimes have to substitute colors if the preferred color(s) are not available at thet ime we place our blank shirt orders. On rare occasioins, we may have to substitute a different size on a dealer order.
Standard Wholesale Pricing is as follows:
$7.00 ea. => 6+ per design. $6.00 ea. => 12+ per design. $5.50 ea. => 24+ per design. $5.00 ea. => 36+ per design.
Note: Above pricing is for short sleeve t-shirts from youth XS thru adult XL sizes. Note: An additional $1.50 each is required for 2X & 3X sizes. Note: Long sleeve shirts are $2.00 more. Note: Other items such as sweatshirts, hoodies, premium shirts are available for an extra charge.
Each week, we accept orders from Monday thru Thursday at 3 PM. Orders received AND paid for during this period will be shipped by Friday of the following week.
Payment can be made with a debit or credit card or through Paypal. We process payents through our Paypal account and e-mail payment requests to our dealers that allow them to pay using any Visa / MC debit or credit card. You do not need a Paypal account to do this but can use it if you have one. Orders will not be processed before full payment has been received. If using a Paypal acccount and there is a delay due to the transfer of funds from your bank account to Paypal, your order will not be processed until the money arrives in our account.
Also, each week we offer Bonus Designs which receive a discounted price of $5.00 each for any shirts where 12+ have been ordered per design. Again, $1.50 extra for 2X & 3X sizes.
Of course, 2X & 3X sizes still require an additional $1.50 per shirt.
Remember that you can order ANY designs each week. Bonus Designs are offered at a lower price but ALL designs are available.
We do offer protection to our dealers if they meet the following requirements:
There is a minimum order requirement of $500 over any 4 week period. This requirement is per retail location. If you have 3 stores from which you are selling our shirts, then you must purchase at least $1500 per month over any given 4 week period. If during any 4 week period you do not meet this requirement, your protection ceases and you are exposed to the possibility of another dealer being setup in your area. Protection can be regained once the deficiency has been resolved AND another dealer has not beensetup in your area that has met the protection requirments. If this happens, you may loose your dealership.
We also offer school designs where the colors, school name and mascot are changed to reflect the particular school. You can see examples of this on our website at www.southernsweetiestore.com. The designs say something like "Southern Sweeties Love Their Trojans".

Orders are non-refundable but credit will be given against future orders in SOME CASES. In other cases, a 50% cancellation will be assessed against your order if we do authorize a cancellation of your order. This money goes towards restocking fees we need to pay if we return your unneeded blanks to our distributor, administration expense of handling and cancellation of your order and any disruption of production caused by the cancellation of the order.
